Built for the latest communication needs, The Lawrence Company provides a television broadcast quality control room and two in-house insert studios specifically designed for live or simulated live virtual events. With our ability to connect to multiple studios, your talent can communicate with your audience from almost anywhere, including internationally. Our content management and design teams further support our technical production staff to effectively translate your event to the virtual space.
Our COVID-19 friendly broadcast television control room was built for live streaming. We utilize television broadcast equipment for a more reliable system than software alone can provide, employing multiple backup methods for power, internet, and signal connection so your show will continue, regardless of world events.

Video Switcher
We use a video switcher instead of Zoom in order to achieve the same look and quality as broadcast news. Operated by our technical director, our switcher creates multiple speaker window looks and runs motion transitions, so your livestream event is no regular video meeting.

Audio Coordination
We keep your talent in sync through the use of IFB connections. Operated by our audio engineer, our system allows you to communicate with all participants or individuals, across the country and internationally. Our engineer moderates the audio levels of your participants and video content so your communication with your audience is seamless and clear.

Live Graphics
Our system incorporates live presentation slides, videos, and graphics. With in-house operators displaying your visuals in real-time, we are able to design and program your supportive content, running it in sync with your presenters.

Internet Engineer
We provide a dedicated internet engineer for the duration of your event to ensure that everything runs smoothly. While bringing in your signal with our 1Gbps fiber circuit, our engineer can manage as many external feeds as your program requires with the ability to adjust color, lighting, and positioning so your speakers and content look their best.

Teleprompter
We have the ability to provide local, national, and international teleprompter feeds, depending on where your talent is located. Our teleprompter system, operated live, ensures your presenters communicate seamlessly with your attendees.

We provide a show management team for coordinated operation of all event elements. By working with our producers and crew, our team guarantees your event’s visuals, transitions, music, speaker looks, and technical steps are executed correctly.

Studios
The Lawrence Company facility offers two in-house insert studios as well as the ability to network multiple feeds from local, national, and international studios.
Networked Studios
Utilizing a professional broadcast studio environment, instead of at-home setups, results in the highest quality look for your talent, including the ability to adjust lighting, color temperature, audio, and background. The Lawrence Company sends a multiview return signal so talent can view the other participants, slide presentations, teleprompter feeds, and the talent coordinator in the central Lawrence Company control room. A trained, local COVID-friendly staff is on hand for any technical issues so your talent can focus on one thing: your message.
The Lawrence Company can also connect to home and office systems. We have speaker kits consisting of a pre-configured laptop, separate high quality web camera, lighting unit, mic and IFB, so that we can meet your production needs of cost and comfort.
In-house Insert Studios
The Lawrence Company facility offers two in-house insert studios, complete with 80" monitors with customized backgrounds, broadcast lighting, through the lens teleprompter, robotic cameras, an IFB audio system networked to our control room and other presenters, return monitors with selectable feeds including multiview, slides, program feed, teleprompter and more, and wireless lavalier and handheld microphones. Because we remotely operate all of our equipment, talent can safely remove masks while broadcasting. Our studios may be used as part of Lawrence Company produced live virtual events, as well as rented out separately to allow participation in externally-produced shows.
Remote Video Production
The Lawrence Company utilizes our livestream control room, network of studios, and Remote Broadcast Kits to remotely record and produce video content such as promotional material, business-to-business, business-to-customer, employee communication, service and product updates, and customer testimonials. We supply a finished video product that we can then produce as a simulated live experience or for permanent hosting on your website or social media platform.
